After a thorough assessment of our business, we have made the difficult decision to exit the insignia manufacturing sector entirely.

Our primary goal during this transition is to ensure that your Society and its members are handled with the utmost care. Please note the following immediate updates to our operations:

Ordering Deadlines & Fulfillment

• Final Order Date: We will not be accepting any new orders after April 1, 2026, and those orders will be accepted only for inventory in stock currently.  If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the member immediately.
• Current Orders: We are working diligently to fulfill all existing orders.
• Refund Policy: In instances where we cannot fulfill an order promptly and payment has already been collected from a member, we will issue a full refund and cancel the order to ensure no one is left waiting.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but the current economic climate and ongoing conditions have made this decision necessary.
